Listening Service Coordinator
Salary: Band 6a £25,750-27,467 per annum (pro rata)
18.5 hours per week, based in Oxford with travel around Oxfordshire
Oxfordshire Sexual Abuse and Rape Crisis Centre (OSARCC) is seeking to appoint a Listening Service Coordinator to act as the main point of contact for our team of 60 helpline/email/text volunteers. This is an incredibly exciting time for OSARCC as we are piloting and opening new services, reaching more survivors of sexual violence and increasing our impact. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, motivated woman who has experience of managing volunteers and service facilitation. She will have a commitment to ensuring services are delivered within a feminist framework, in line with OSARCCs mission and core values.
Regular evening and weekend work will be required as will travel within Oxfordshire.
This role is subject to receiving Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau checks and to a six month probationary period. The post holder will be eligible for 28 days annual leave per annum (pro rata) plus bank holidays and a 5% pension contribution.
