The website includes information about eating disorders and treatment, an email support service, a 1-2-1 online chat service for people under 25, and information about the helplines, support groups and other services.

    For people in the United Kingdom who wish to talk about eating disorders and to obtain information about help available in their locality. The adult line is open Monday to Friday 10:30am - 8:30pm and Saturdays 1:00pm - 4:30pm. The line for young people is open Monday to Friday 4:30pm - 8:30pm and Saturdays 1:00pm - 4:30pm. There is also a text-message service for young people on 07786 201820.
